How long does shipping take?
Please allow 10 - 14 business days for your order to be processed and shipped to you. Frequently your bicycle will arrive sooner, however varying cirumstances may delay the delivery. All packages are shipped using Fed Ex Ground. If you are interested in having a bike overnighted or shipped via 2nd day air please contact use directly and we can set something up. Shipping is $40 per bike for the basic cruisers, and $80 per bike for the stretch cruisers. The package weighs 25lbs. and for the basic cruiser the box is 57" long by 27" high and 7" wide.

Where do I pick my bike up?
Our pick-up location is 20938 S. Normandie Ave., Torrance, CA during regular business hours. If you select pick-up assembled or un-assembled during checkout a Beachbikes.net employee will contact you when your bike is ready. Once contacted, you may stop in anytime we are open to get your bike. Bikes are generally ready 4-7 days after ordering. Frequently bikes can be picked up the day after purchasing however if a bike needs to be ordered or if there several other pick-ups scheduled ahead of yours then the pick-up process will be delayed. We will do our best to allow you to pick-up the bike when it is convenient for you. Please ask us about delivery and we can arrange it.

There is a dent in my rear fender is this normal?
Yes. We assure you your bike wasn't damaged, the notch on the back fender is supposed to be there. All fenders come like that in order to allow the fender to fit behind the chainwheel. We assure you your bike wasn't damaged.

Is the size of the bike ok for my height?
The basic models (26") will suite a wide range of heights. Generally speaking they will be suitable for anyone 5' - 6' 6". Adjusting the handlebars and seat will allow people of varying heights to ride the bicycle. For anyone less than 5' there is a 24" model available in the Urban Lady that comes in Purple and Mint Green. Please contact us if you are interested.

What is the difference between the Urban and the Urban Pros?
The Urban Pros have a spring fork suspension in the front. This will provide riders with some added suspension when going over bumps. It also provides a different look than the Urban Man.

Can we Travel with our Children?
Although most of our trips have adults in mind, many of our itineraries are suitable for strong and active teenagers. We also have a whole slew of fixed family adventures designed for families with children as young as six.
